JOB DESCRIPTION

Resolve Product & Service Related Problems By Clarifying The Customer's Complaint. Determining The Cause & Explaining The Best Solution For It.

  • Any graduates with good communication skills.
  • Handling & Enhancing client relationships.
  • Familiar with Chatting, Emails, Browsing.
  • Ability to do presentations and seminars.
  • Office timing from 10 a.m to 6 p.m
  • Salary: Negotiable
  • 2 paid leaves in a month apart from holidays.
  • 1st & 3rd Half Saturday and Sunday off.​

Our Requirements

  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Can resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
